Loan Processor

Cheyenne joined The Mortgage Hub in 2016 as a Loan Processor. Her job is to work on a loan from start to finish, working closely with underwriters to satisfy loan conditions, title and escrow companies to ensure a clear title and coordinate loan doc signings, and real estate agents to get purchases closed on time. She is the primary point of contact between Loan Officers and investors/lenders. She manages the timeline of a loan by adhering to a detailed schedule of tasks needed to meet a closing date.

Cheyenne takes great pride in her role and her detail-oriented approach to getting the job done correctly. She loves getting emails and calls from clients expressing their thanks for making the refinance or purchase process easy for them. 

Cheyenne loves outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, and riding bikes. She also loves going to Dodgers games and concerts and traveling internationally, which she intends to do more in the near future. She’s close with her parents and her brother and loves spending time with her partner, friends, and pets.
