FELIX JIMENEZ

Felix grew up in Inglewood, CA with two hard-working and loving parents, an older sister and a younger brother. As the first generation in the United States, a hard work ethic was instilled in Felix from a young age. He developed his passion for Real Estate when his parents began buying income properties in the 90s. He has accumulated a wide range of experience from Business and Consumer banking at US Bank and Chase to Private Wealth Mortgage Banking with Wells Fargo. Leaving all that behind, Felix joined The Mortgage Hub in August 2019 to provide better experiences, rates and products to his customers.

The large institutions he worked with insisted on placing clients in boxes that did not fit the financing needs of all walks of life. Joining TMH has allowed Felix to better serve all of his clients’ mortgage lending needs thanks to our customer-centric approach that’s built on honesty and integrity.

Felix enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and outdoor activities. His goal is to help educate and help achieve the home-buying dream for as many families as possible.
