In addition to her experience as a Realtor, Patricia brings two decades of advanced knowledge and experience in Real Estate and Probate litigation. This unique background enables her to assist clients in legally challenging transactions. A core part of Patricia’s real estate practice is to connect her clients to the resources they need to understand every aspect of their transactions.

In her free time, Patricia volunteers as a Domestic Violence Advocate with the East Los Angeles Women’s Center. She enjoys a good read, daily workouts, staying healthy and spending time with family and friends.
