TMH is committed to meeting your home-ownership needs, while at the same time making the security of your non-public personal financial information on your home loan documents a priority. We do this through the use of physical, electronic and procedural safeguards.

How Your Loan Application Information is Obtained and Used
You provide to us your non-public information (name, SSN, employment info, asset info, etc.) on applications and other home loan documents. Your credit history is obtained from a credit reporting agency. Your property information is provided by title companies and licensed appraisers. Your employment and financial data are provided by your employer and financial institutions. We collect this data to determine if you are eligible for the products you requested and to meet legal and regulatory requirements.
We disclose some of this data to third parties, such as financial institutions, government agencies and loan investors. These service providers are obligated to maintain the confidentiality of your information and not use it for other purposes.
